WHY GIVE TO MISSIONS?
- Giving financial support to missions and praying for missions is Biblical.II Corinthians 8:3-5, 9:1-12, Romans15:24-27
- Mission is the heart of God. His love for humanity motivated Him to give that we might be saved. John 3:16, Romans 5:6-11.
- We must join God in His mission through our going, giving, and praying. Matthew 28:19-20, II Corinthians 9:1-12, Matthew 9:37-38.
- Missionaries must have the necessary resources to do the work of ministry in the mission fields. Nehemiah 2:4-8, John 6:9-11.
- It is an eternal investment that God credits to your account. Philippians 4:15-17, Hebrews 6:10-11
As we go, give and pray, we unite ourselves as one body (The Church) to take the Good News of Jesus Christ to the nations of the world.
